A modern plant producing the whole range of traditional Italian cured meats, and
especially IGP Bologna mortadella with the “Due Torri” label, DOP Parma and San Daniele ham, zampone (a pork-filled pig’s trotter), IGP Modena cotechino (a type of sausage) and DOP italian cured meats alla cacciatora (ndt. with tomato sauce).
