VILLA BONI WINE AND VINEGAR VINEYARDS

The vineyard was started in 1993 with an experimental vineyard from the Region of Emilia Romagna. Other vines were added in 2000 and 2001 to cover an area of 4.2 hectares. Considering the microclimate and the altitude (400 metres a.s.l.), we planted early, medium early and medium late varieties. We produce classic method white and rosé Spumantes, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Merlot s.e., Pinot Nero as well as red and white sparkling wines.
