The organic/ecological Aggazzotti farm and restaurant (certifi ed by ICEA) is in a former hamlet of farm labourers. This, in turn, is attached to a 19th C villa of the same name in a park which dates back over a hundred years. The small restaurant for the use of guests offers a fixed menu of traditional food as well as vegetarian dishes and children’s menus. In all dishes there are flavours which are faithful to the delights of local traditional cooking. There are six tworoom apartments and two elegantly furnished bedrooms. There are also a swimming pool with sauna and small gym, mountain bikes and guided tours to Modena and surrounding areas. The farm and restaurant have been part of the “Aggazzotti Organic” Farm since 1996. The farm produces Lambrusco Grasparossa wine, wheat, soy-beans, maize, hay and vegetables.
