MONTECHIARO FARM HOTEL AND RESTAURANT 

 

Ten rooms in a sea of vineyards….but Montechiaro also offers much more. It is situated just a few kilometres from the Sasso Marconi motorway exit and is centrally placed to visit Bologna, Firenze, Ravenna and Venezia in just a few hours. The rooms are indeed immersed in ten hectares of DOC vineyards and look over one of the most beautiful panoramas of Emilia. They are also equipped with all comforts including roomy bathrooms, fi ne linen and internet access. Breakfast is a feast with jams, homemade cakes and yoghurt made from sheep’s milk by Teresa. It is a must to try our wines, but visitors can also go for walks in our small wood and learn the names of the trees or visit the sheepfold which houses over one hundred Sardinian sheep. In the evening it would be a pity to miss the wonderful food prepared by Piero and Francesca in the small restaurant and eat it outside under the stars in the summer and by the fi replace in the winter.
