IL MONTE FARM

The Il Monte Farm gets its produce from the hills of Levizzano. Ours is a familyrun farm producing fruit and grapes. The wine produced in our cellars is made exclusively from our own grapes and include Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC, Trebbiano of Modena IGT, Malvasia of Emilia IGT and Pignoletto of Emilia IGT. The farm also has 4 hectares of orchards growing apricots, cherries, plums, prunes, peaches, persimmons and olives. The farm also produces cooked must made from certified grapes for the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, strong vinegar and condiments.
