Once upon a time there was an old stone house surrounded by the scent of cherryblossom, and under the roof of the house there was a small barrel of balsamic vinegar belonging to the great-grandfather Alfonso. There was also a true passion for traditional balsamic vinegar and this, for the grandson Vittorio, was the beginning of a fable which became the La Ca’ dal Nôn Vinegar Plant which has now produced many barrels and will produce many more.
