The vineyard is situated in the foothills of Zola Predosa and produces wines with both DOC of the Colli Bolognesi and Emilia IGT certification. Educational activities

are arranged for students from kindergarten to high school on the topics of organic farming, grape-harvesting, wine-making, the environment and medicinal

herbs and shrubs.

For adults there are hosted tastings, and visits to the vineyards and cellars.
