Baiesi Confecttinery

The baker Baiesi offers traditional confectionery production like "zuccherotti" (typical from the Appenines), "zuccherini", biscuits, "raviole", cakes. During Christmas holidays we produce "panettone" of natural rising, "pinza ripiena" called "carsaint ed nadel", cakes made of shortcrust pastry with moustard, raisins, almonds, candied citron, spices and liquor inside according to the tradition of Sasso Marconi. Foe Easter we produce very soft "colombe" paying attention to natural rising to make them tasty and sweet-smelling. In any time of the year we produce sweet and salt confectionery and fresh cakes for parties and ceremonies. you can also order a cake with a photo or floral composition on it.
