“I Due Mattarelli” (rolling pins) Tiziano e Cinzia, are known for the high quality of their fresh pasta and refi ned pastries. By carefully selecting items in season, they prepare not only lasagne “alla bolognese” but with asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms and other excellent pastas with fillings. According to the demands of tradition, skilled pasta chefs prepare the tortellini entirely by hand. The same methodical care is employed to bake a wide variety of dry biscuits - fl avoured with coffee, cinnamon, and caramel - as well as ravioli with fruit fillings and chocolate, tarts and….well go and fi nd out. You will be delighted with their wares which are also available on Sunday mornings.
