CASA DEL BALSAMICO MODENESE

The origins of this vinegar producer date back to the beginning of the 19th C, our dear maternal great grandfather and generations of Modenese. Since we inherited the fi rst “battery” (a series of wooden casks of different sizes) we have been producing Balsamic Vinegar with passion, and over the years we have continued to increase the number of casks in use. Eventually, this old family passion became a profession, and a business - the Casa del Balsamico Modenese - was born from our family tradition. To this day, as in times past, all phases of production are managed by the family whose aim is to always offer quality products. The oldest batteries have been in the family for many years and are, therefore, the most treasured and are kept under the roof of the family home. These are our pride and joy and are a testimony to the traditions and customs of Modena.
