The Basket of typical produce which can be found along our Strada comprises a rich assortment of dishes and high quality products which can be sampled or bought in the area. In the hills above Bologna and Modena, typical produce such as cherries, plums, potatoes, mushrooms, honey, chestnuts and marrons can be found alongside particularly famous products such as Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena, the Tartufo Bianco Pregiato and Parmigiano Reggiano, all

products which have contributed to the excellent reputation of Emilian cuisine. Delicacies such as borlenghi (a type of crepe) and crescentine (stove-top bread) are served with tasty salamis, which include Modena Ham and Bologna Mortadella, DOC Colli Bolognesi wines and Lambrusco Grasparossa from Castelvetro.
